Tips to successfully survive in the “modern “ world
Keep your body physically active: it doesn't necessarily have to be intense& heavy workouts that involve pricey equipment; use it if necessary, though 😊. When ? for how long? It's up to you to listen to and look at your body. As long as you're consistent, motivated, and disciplined, you will be successful at whichever workout you choose to do. Aim small and try to do big in physical exercise, so when you achieve your target, your brain releases dopamine, and you'll want to do more. However, you are not a machine, so remember to rest between repetitions :)🧠
Nutrition/Diet: Keep it natural in small portions for health benefits, and reserve the rest for pleasure. Your gut is your second brain, and life is not about all pleasure 🤷🏼♂️
Stress: There are two types: healthy and unhealthy stress. Apparently, "
Good stress, or eustress, is the type of stress you feel when you're excited and engaged. Your pulse quickens, and your hormones surge, but no threat or fear exists. You might feel this stress when you ride a roller coaster, compete in a game, or go on a first date." That's cool. Identify the root cause; it could be your social, professional, family circle, romantic partner, or other people, as well as health conditions, etc. These life tests usually prepare or prevent you / from a more significant event. = Think about your past but feel happy no matter what, please, so I give positive examples; when you think you lost a friend, life may save you from bad, or even better, life may give you a better friend,... That is the case if you show the required patience 😒Sleep: There is no magic number, so you should know how many hours of sleep work for you! There, I said it! :) TBC…
Engaging with the people you love and other people
TRAVEL!!!!!!
LEARNING
Meditate and pray regularly to calm your mind, nourish your soul & trust in a higher power.
Do not share important life events and successes with others. Energy is a scientific fact, and it could be bad or good!
Physical exercise: When you listen to your body's needs, simple thinking works magically
Mental exercise
Healthy eating: It’s more potent than you might think if you only eat for health purposes 🤨. Nature is your friend 😉
No screen time for x hours
Healthy social circle: I was a people person, and now have few to no friends 😄. It’d be an extreme situation, but I get to listen to my mind and body, but most importantly, I only listen to my loved ones 😇. This is not me telling you to be selfish and care only about your loved ones, but to spare some time for yourself during the day 😇 healthily. + I love meeting new people, but I see I was doing it wrong by oversharing too much; other people don’t share your joy, and usually pretend 😒. I wrote about this in a different post 😉
Helping others 😇
"Skills "to master in the test of life
Patience:
I strongly disagree with the people who think life is short compared to what? No, dude, you should confess that you live in this consciousness only once, and you probably won't maintain the best quality of your health for the long term if you don't switch to thinking, exercising, learning, eating, and sleeping healthily ;). Spasticity is all about perspective.
Dear reader, I'm still growing wiser in life. Still, I am sure of one thing: patience is a skill that earns you rewards in miraculous ways, and physically independent humans usually realise their abundance of rewards later in life, which makes most of us live ungrateful lives from the day we are born. How do I know that? I don't want to use the past tense because I think I am much more independent than before the accident ( on a spiritual level 😉).
Nevertheless, my intention is not to brag but to help people however I can 🙏🏻
I opened my social media accounts and this blog to answer your questions, but the timing was wrong since the catastrophic events happened 😒. I am still feeling optimistic about this, tho🤷🏼♂️
I guess we have been unknowingly playing with the balance of neurochemicals in our brains for centuries. We have forgotten the core values that make us humans, but that's a whole different post:)))))))
Compassion:
I think compassion is also a humane skill; like all skills, it can be learned 🤨. Let me elaborate on that since it's a pretty controversial statement 🤷🏼♂️
I haven't conducted scientific research on it, so these are just my personal experiences and observations.
By the nature of the tbi, the survivors must learn to show compassion to themselves and their surroundings because they are not living worldly lives, at least not like most humans. Being good has little to do with compassion; my younger self didn't know the difference 😅. Knowing the meaning of something and feeling it doesn't make you learn it; you have to show it with your actions after feeling it in your heart ♥️. 😒
Every human wants to help others, but it's debatable how many of us actually do that 🧐
Trusting the worthy ones
No living can measure such a Godly metric. Nonetheless, we can learn from our mistakes and experiences, and if not, "the universe "would probably teach us 🙃
The word worthy is unrealistic in a world where everyone screws each other for some reason😒
I'm not suggesting you not trust anyone like my present self; nonetheless, a little rational scepticism won't hurt if you don't stress yourself out 🙄
Health is wealth
This is a popular fact, especially nowadays, because humans have struggled financially. Hence, most of us tend to be more introverted (less social life), and when that happens, we notice that we eat trashy, sleep unhealthy, and think crappy on a regular day. I see a substantial increase in people mentioning practices like meditation and mindfulness, online and offline. I am happy because more people do them, and there is a greater chance to learn how to heal themselves🙏🏻. Hopefully, the skill learned by the good people who don't have financial concerns first
Life is the longest game in your present conscience, so try not to neglect developing healthy habits and investing in your brain 🧠 before your 30s, so you can live healthily for the rest of your life (ironically, I am 30 in a couple of days 😅).
Believing/ trusting the/a Greater Power
This is a controversial topic, but I have to share it because I wish I had been aware of this when I started university ☹️. I still have an analytical mind, and I love using it. Nevertheless, I have seen amazing rewards in trusting the Greater Mind after doing my best. It's not just my rewards; I have seen my loved ones and the people who have helped me receive rewards, as we are not giving up on each challenge.
Remember, when you are feeling challenged, you can be sure of receiving.
Lovely people, I have been through enough to understand life is not designed for us to feel happy and search for happiness 24/7. However, it sounds fkin tempting, one can never be entirely satisfied because there is no threshold of happiness, the sky is the limit, hence the goal should be optimal health with the 3 types of wealth: social, time, and financial. Question for you: Have you ever had all 4 of them simultaneously in your life? If yes, could you please share your wisdom?
I thought I was happy for the last 6 years before I had tbi. Nonetheless, I was confusing dopamine’s happiness ( pleasure) with serotonin’s, so I can assure you that if you think you’re happy using hedonistic drugs like food, sex, and hard drugs, you’re just fooling your most significant asset: your brain
Nevertheless, we only live once, you might think, and it’s partially true: we only live once in this consciousness, but how we live echoes for eternity, and it makes sense, so you may live well and come back as a better human🤷🏼♂️💪 or live poorly and inadequately and come back as a dung beetle 😅💩
I envision the future as this, based on the advancements and innovations nowadays
People are aware of the importance of their health and wellbeing more than ever nowadays and technology has advanced rapidly so I sent a message to my my family about the future earlier today:
Long story short, IF YOU MANAGE TO SURVIVE HEALTHILY NEXT DECADE, you probably won’t need to worry about money or health after that because medical technology will be advanced, assuming people will be aware of the hypocrisy in the food and health industry and I wish the ongoing global wealth transfer would speed this up 🙄😳
On top of that, I think humanity will be so advanced that we won’t need to work 9-5 because, let’s face it, 5 days a week 9-5 is inefficient for most jobs
The Future
Humans have been living in a digitalised world where everyone has the opportunity to monetise/ display their wisdom/appearances on social platforms easily, BUT people are not aware of the power that they hold ( probably for a short time:). The requirements for monetisation are relatively easy, considering the global population exceeds 8 billion people.
Still, it's ridiculously time-consuming for you to convince viewers to engage with your content even though it's a straightforward process; if you've bothered to click on a link, you might as well click on a couple of buttons even before you start reading/watching to say ''thank you for your efforts '' virtually.
However, the companies know exactly how the customers would behave in such a situation because they have been training us for decades. Let's face it, humans are often jealous of others who have taken the initiative to do things, as we have evolved into a culture of laziness. wow, it felt good to cleanse my system.
Do you believe in fate/destiny?
What a question! I believe the facts, and fate is the foundational truth of our existence even though no living can prove it. That’s how flawless the system works 😊
And I think the younger you learn it happier you be 😊
Nonetheless, fate doesn’t work if you wait for it to happen, so hard work with good intentions can modify or change fate!😇
Humans are evolving their brains to adapt the laziness by reasoning fate, and that’s freaking dangerous because the brain is already loving the comfortable environment and does everything to spend less energy as possible, so you have to learn self-discipline and train your mind to do so, especially at the age of AI🙂, how did I come here 🤷🏼♂️!?
I want to write more about fate, but ironically, fate warns us to talk less about it 🙄♥️

How would you design the city of the future?
Fantastic question, although the dynamics of life will surely change by then 🤷🏼♂️
Let’s start with the basics:
1. Fresh drinkable water: from the source of Mother Nature, free of charge and clean
2. Forests and grasslands: I can’t believe how humanity has been building concrete buildings without the rule of the equivalent arable and green land. Oxygen and nutrients are our lifeblood
3. Sustainable everything!
4. Population: Reproduction rights are based on your self-sufficiency; every child deserves a low-stress family and a healthy environment. Responsible society!
5. Universal Basic Income: C’mondude! Assuming we’ll be intellectually much more advanced, this would be out of question 🙄.
6. Agriculture: Since people will live in sustainable buildings, everyone will have to grow essential crops and contribute to society
🙄♥️
First of all, hard work sounds irritating to me 🤷🏼♂️, keep reading and you’ll see what I mean by that.
Nevertheless, I get why society is obsessed with hard work. I instead feel fulfilled by brilliant work 😉: EFFICIENCY EFFICIENCY EFFICIENCY 😒♥️! I realised the wastefulness of the 5-day working week as soon as I joined the workforce(2015), while also completing my degree. Then my boss ( genius guy:) allowed me to work remotely whilst I was also working/ studying in the beautiful city of Prague 🙌🏼. Because I plan everything in my mind, including my current home rehabilitation, which, by the way, will be improved accordingly by the 12 brain rules 🙄, we’re not machines and we’ve responsibilities to ourselves, such as taking good care of our bodies and minds 🧠💪.
So, you may work/ study hard every day, but be aware that you could have accomplished the same workload half the time if you had an efficient system and spent the leftover time on your wellbeing ⚠️. Therefore, it’s great to witness the shift in the world of work. 🤓
It’s more important than you think
what you put into your stomach
the people your eyes/ears see/hear every day
the information you put into your brain
movements that your upper & lower body do
what your tongue speaks
what you feel in your heart
what vision do you plan for your future selfEVERY DAY matters more than you might think of
🤓🤓🤓🤓🤓 be good, and good will find you!
