The Rules
I want to share some essential daily living habits. Take whichever you need to apply to your lives, I'd follow all of them, we'll see :)
Health
Start your day early (<6 am) with gratitude. Your body and mind are blessings by themselves, and your breathing, eyes, fingers, etc., are all given free of charge; imagine how amazing that is βοΈππΌ
Establish a personal care routine, then eat a healthy breakfast at least 1 hour after waking up π«£ I read about a 6-8 hour eating window, so the window opens when you start eating breakfast, and I think that system works well.
Go for a walk outside to get some fresh air and sunshine, which are other blessings that come free of charge π³π.
4. Assuming you would like to earn money in a capitalist system, as a business owner or an employee, don't forget to take breaks to move your body and stay hydrated, eat brain snacks π
5. Physical exercise 30 minutes before dinner
6. Go to bed >2 hours after dinner to avoid gut problems
7. Vital Dietary rule: Counting calories for health purposes is nonsense; quality > quantity. Nonetheless, I have trained my body to do physical exercise every time I eat something to burn those calories intentionally, because I need to balance the energy that goes in and out daily, and so should you!
Personal Finance
Pay yourself first! %25 of your monthly income should directly go to your investment account
Automatic payment orders for your bills and fixed expenses are processed monthly.
Track your money
Train your mind to avoid impulse purchases π
Periodically invest in inflation-proof assets & purchase cash-generating assets.
Do not become emotionally attached to any investment.
You need 1,000 loyal subscribers to make β¬120,000 per year, assuming they are willing to pay β¬10 per month. 1,000xβ¬10xx12= β¬120,000. That's nothing to most people; everyone makes money in the system based on the ROI. π«£πAs long as you have an enjoyable and useful something to share, and I choose to spread wisdom to help people by sharing only the truth of life. That's why, when I reach that loyal 1,000-subscriber mark. Selfishness benefits the system, but selflessness benefits the masses, yes, simple asβ¦π

Social
There's no such thing as low alcohol consumption; it's scientifically proven that all types of alcohol are poison, so keep that in mind π
Keep your social circle as narrow as possible!
Achieve greatly, share minimally!
Health > Pleasure
Confidence > Arrogance
Engage with new people in social environments; each person is a different world, and any of them might fire new neurons.
