The Rules

I want to share some essential daily living habits. Take whichever you need to apply to your lives, I'd follow all of them, we'll see :)

Health

  1. Start your day early (<6 am) with gratitude. Your body and mind are blessings by themselves, and your breathing, eyes, fingers, etc., are all given free of charge; imagine how amazing that is ✌️🙌🏼

  2. Establish a personal care routine, then eat a healthy breakfast at least 1 hour after waking up 🫣 I read somewhere about a 6-8 hour eating window, so the window opens at the time you start eating breakfast, and I think that system works well.

  3. Go for a walk outside to get some fresh air and sunshine, which are other blessings that come free of charge 😳😊.

4. Assuming you would like to earn money in a capitalist system, as a business owner or an employee, don't forget to take breaks to move your body and stay hydrated, eat brain snacks 😏

5. Physical exercise 30 minutes before dinner

6. Go to bed >2 hours after dinner to avoid gut problems

7. Vital Dietary rule: Counting calories for health purposes is nonsense; quality > quantity. Nonetheless, I have trained my body to do physical exercise every time I eat something to burn those calories intentionally, because I need to balance the energy that goes in and out daily, and so should you!

Personal Finance

  1. Pay yourself first! %25 of your monthly income should directly go to your investment account

  2. Automatic payment orders for your bills and fixed expenses are processed on a monthly basis.

  3. Track your money

  4. Train your mind to avoid impulse purchases 😏

  5. Periodically invest in inflation-proof assets & purchase cash-generating assets

  6. Do not become emotionally attached to any investment.

  7. You need 1,000 loyal subscribers to make €120,000 per year, assuming they are willing to pay €10 per month. 1,000x€10xx12= €120,000. That's nothing to most people; everyone makes money in the system based on the ROI. 🫣😊As long as you have an enjoyable and useful something to share, and I choose to spread wisdom to help people by sharing only the truth of life. That's why when I reach that loyal 1,000 subscribers, I will share their valuable content on my socials so that I do my part to help them benefit the system because selfishness benefits the system, but selflessness benefits the masses, yes, simple as…😏

Social

  1. There's no such thing as low alcohol consumption; it's scientifically proven that all types of alcohol are poison, so keep that in mind 😉

  2. Keep your social circle as narrow as possible!

  3. Achieve greatly, share minimally!

  4. Health > Pleasure

  5. Confidence > Arrogance

  6. Engage with new people in social environments; each person is a different world, and any of them might fire new neurons.
